Returns Policy

Whilst we do our best to ensure accuracy of the information on the website, we do not provide a guarantee for the items that are received. Please ensure that you check the returns policy carefully before purchasing.

Imported Items

Most items marked with the ‘Imported’ badge can be returned for store credit via the returns address below. Contact us to arrange this. The imported nail polish and the personalised name necklace are for final sale and are not eligible for return, store credit or refund.

Rekindled Items

Items marked with the ‘Rekindled’ badge are for FINAL sale. We do not accept returns on these items, so please choose carefully before purchasing. If you have specific questions about an item, please get in touch and we will be more than happy to assist.

Faulty Items 

Please contact us straight away if your purchase is faulty upon arrival. Faulty goods can be replaced, refunded or returned for store credit.

Please note!

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in original condition. Damaged, worn, or altered garments will not be exchanged, credited or refunded. Shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping is at the cost of the customer. Once we have received notification of an item to be returned, we allow up to 10 working days to receive the goods, after which the return agreement will expire.
